Many
exciting things to report. The first is NAMM 2012 was great. Saw a lot
of new products and best of all caught up with many friends I haven't
seen in a while. The first thing I did when I arrived I made tracks to
the Mike Lull booth to see my new bass. What a beauty. You just have to
come out to Vinyl Tattoo shows to check it out.
The
"After NAMM Jam" at Sonic Vibe Studios was great. I was the only bassist
there so I ended up playing for over 6 hours. I did make some new
friends and I look forward to next year.
During
December I actually had the chance to put down the bass and pick up my
acoustic guitar. United Rockers 4 U put on a benefit for Red Cross.
Frank Oz and myself where invited to perform a couple of Angel songs
acoustically. We played "The Tower" and "Don't Leave Me lonely".
I've provided links to the videos so please check them out.
